What is TrueDose Daily Protein + Fiber?

Daily Protein + Fiber is a flavoured everyday nutrition shake made with Fermented Yeast Protein and Chicory Root Fiber, along with added vitamins and minerals. It also includes digestive enzymes and probiotics. It is designed to make protein + fiber easier to include in a normal daily routine, not just a gym routine.

Who is Daily Protein + Fiber made for?

It is designed for adults who want a convenient way to improve everyday protein and fiber intake. That could be someone who works out, someone who sits at a desk all day, someone whose meals are inconsistent, or simply someone who wants a more filling and nutritionally useful shake.

How much protein and fiber does one serving provide?

A serving is 40 g. Protein can vary slightly by flavour, while each serving provides about 7 g dietary fiber. For example, Chocolate provides 24 g protein. Check the nutrition panel for your selected flavour for the exact protein value.

Why combine protein and fiber?

Because protein is only one part of everyday nutrition. People often increase protein while paying very little attention to fiber. Daily Protein + Fiber combines both in one shake so your protein routine does not ignore fiber.

Will the fiber help me feel fuller and snack less?

Protein and dietary fiber can both contribute to satiety, which is one reason they are combined. The shake can be a useful planned snack for some people, but it is not an appetite-suppression product and will not magically eliminate hunger. Your overall meal, calorie intake and individual response still matter.

Protein, Fiber & Ingredients

What protein source does Daily Protein + Fiber use?

The primary protein source is Fermented Yeast Protein. It is not conventional whey, pea, soy or rice protein.

Is this whey protein?

No. Daily Protein + Fiber uses Fermented Yeast Protein rather than whey as its primary protein source. That does not mean whey is bad; TrueDose simply gives you another protein option with a different formulation and use case.

What exactly is Fermented Yeast Protein?

It is a concentrated nutritional protein ingredient produced using yeast fermentation. It should not be confused with simply adding baker's yeast to a shake.

Is yeast protein the same as baker's yeast?

No. You are not drinking a scoop of baking yeast. Fermented Yeast Protein is a processed nutritional protein ingredient made to provide concentrated dietary protein.

Will it taste like yeast?

No. The finished product is designed to taste like the flavour you choose, not like baker's yeast.

Is yeast protein a complete protein?

Yes. Fermented Yeast Protein is a complete protein with a PDCAAS of 1.0 and naturally provides essential amino acids as part of its protein content.

Does it naturally provide BCAAs and EAAs?

Yes. BCAAs and EAAs are naturally present as part of the protein itself. The exact amino-acid values are shown in the nutrition information for each flavour.

How many BCAAs and EAAs does one serving provide?

The Chocolate and Cold Coffee product information lists approximately 4.63 g BCAA and 9.85 g EAA per serving. For other flavours, use the amino-acid values shown on the selected variant.

Where does the fiber come from?

The main fiber source is Chicory Root Fiber, also known as inulin. Each serving provides about 7 g dietary fiber.

Can chicory root fiber cause gas or bloating?

For some people, yes. If your usual diet is low in fiber and you suddenly add a meaningful amount of inulin, you may initially notice gas, bloating or a change in bowel habits. If you are sensitive to fiber, start with a smaller serving, drink enough water and increase gradually.

Is this meant to treat constipation?

No. Adequate fiber and fluid intake contribute to normal digestive health, but Daily Protein + Fiber is not a treatment for constipation or any digestive disorder.

Does it contain vitamins and minerals?

Yes. The formula includes a broad vitamin and mineral blend, including nutrients such as Vitamin B12, Vitamin D3, Biotin and Zinc. The goal is to make the shake more useful for everyday nutrition, not to replace fruits, vegetables or a varied diet.

Why add vitamins and minerals to a protein shake?

Because Daily Protein + Fiber is designed as an everyday nutrition product rather than only a post-workout protein powder. The added micronutrients make one daily habit more useful, while still not replacing a balanced diet.

Does it contain probiotics?

Yes. The formulation includes Bifidobacterium bifidum as a probiotic ingredient.

Why are probiotics included?

They are included as part of the digestive-health formulation alongside chicory root fiber and digestive enzymes. A probiotic does not automatically fix gut health or guarantee zero digestive issues.

Does it contain digestive enzymes?

Yes. The formulation includes papain and bromelain as digestive enzymes.

Does Daily Protein + Fiber contain added sugar?

No. Daily Protein + Fiber is made without added sugar. Total sugar can vary slightly by flavour, so check the nutrition panel for your selected flavour for the exact value.

How is it sweetened?

The formulation uses monk fruit and stevia for sweetness rather than adding sugar.

Is stevia safe?

Stevia is an approved high-intensity sweetener when used in accordance with applicable food regulations. It is used here to provide sweetness without added sugar. If you personally prefer to avoid stevia, it is clearly declared in the ingredient list.

Flavours & Taste

What flavours are available?

Daily Protein + Fiber is available in five flavours: Chocolate, Cold Coffee, Alphonso Mango, Strawberry and Salted Caramel.

Which flavour should I choose?

Choose the taste and occasion you are most likely to repeat. Chocolate is rich and familiar. Cold Coffee fits morning or office routines. Alphonso Mango is a refreshing breakfast or afternoon option. Strawberry is lighter and fruit-forward. Salted Caramel is more indulgent. Consistency matters more than choosing a flavour because of a tiny macro difference.

Do all flavours have exactly the same nutrition?

No. Protein, calories and some ingredient quantities can vary slightly because each flavour system is different. Check the nutrition panel for your selected flavour for the exact values.

Why can protein differ slightly between flavours?

Different flavour ingredients take up different proportions of the formula. For example, Chocolate contains cocoa powder while Cold Coffee contains coffee powder, so their protein values are slightly different. We would rather show the actual nutrition of each flavour than force every number to look identical.

What is the difference between Chocolate and Cold Coffee?

Chocolate provides 24 g protein per 40 g serving and contains cocoa. Cold Coffee provides about 25 g protein per 40 g serving, contains coffee and also contains caffeine. Both provide about 7 g fiber per serving.

Does Cold Coffee contain actual coffee?

Yes. Cold Coffee contains coffee powder in addition to coffee flavouring.

Does Cold Coffee contain caffeine?

Yes. Cold Coffee contains caffeine. If you are sensitive to caffeine or avoid it late in the day, consider the timing of your serving.

Does Chocolate contain real cocoa?

Yes. Chocolate contains cocoa powder along with chocolate flavouring.

Preparation & Usage

How many calories are there in one serving?

Calories vary by flavour. For example, Chocolate is approximately 136 kcal per 40 g serving and Cold Coffee is approximately 140 kcal per 40 g serving. Check the nutrition panel for your selected flavour for the exact calorie value.

How do I prepare it?

Add 1 serving (40 g) to approximately 200 ml chilled water or milk. Shake well for about 15-20 seconds. Adjust the liquid slightly depending on how thick or light you prefer the shake.

Should I use water or milk?

Either works. Water keeps the drink lighter and closer to the calories listed for the powder. Milk makes it creamier and adds its own protein, carbohydrate, fat and calories. There is no universally superior option.

Can I use plant-based milk?

Yes. You can mxi it with whichever milk or beverage base suits your diet and preference. The final nutrition of the drink will change depending on what you add.

Can I blend it with banana or other fruit?

Yes. Fruit can work well depending on the flavour. Just remember that fruit, milk, nut butter and other additions also add calories and nutrients to the finished drink.

Can I add it to oats?

Yes. Daily Protein + Fiber can be mixed into compatible foods such as oats. For extensive savoury cooking, roti dough, dal, curries or soups, Multipurpose Cooking Protein is the TrueDose product designed specifically for that purpose.

Can I cook Daily Protein + Fiber?

You can use it in compatible recipes, but that is not its primary job. It is a flavoured protein + fiber shake with micronutrients. If your goal is to add protein to savoury everyday food, choose Multipurpose Cooking Protein.

What is the best time to drink it?

There is no magical time. Use it when it makes your day easier: breakfast, mid-morning, post-workout, afternoon or as a planned snack. For Cold Coffee, remember that it contains caffeine.

Can I use it after a workout?

Yes. It can be consumed after exercise, but it is not designed only for a post-workout window. Your total protein intake across the day matters more.

How many servings can I take in a day?

That depends on how much protein, fiber and micronutrients you already get from the rest of your diet. More is not automatically better, particularly because every additional serving also increases fiber and micronutrient intake.

Can I take two scoops at once?

You can, but there is usually little reason to double a serving immediately. Two scoops double the fiber, calories, vitamins, minerals and other ingredients as well as the protein. For many people, spreading intake through the day is more practical.

Fitness & Body Goals

Will it make me bulky?

No. Drinking protein does not automatically build large amounts of muscle. Significant muscle gain requires appropriate resistance training, total nutrition and time.

Will it help me lose weight?

Daily Protein + Fiber is not a fat burner. Protein and fiber may help with satiety, which can make a calorie-controlled diet easier for some people, but fat loss still depends on overall energy balance over time.

Is Daily Protein + Fiber suitable for women?

Yes. Protein and fiber are not male-only nutrients. Adult women can use the product according to their individual dietary needs. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult a healthcare professional before use.

Daily Protein + Fiber vs Multipurpose Cooking Protein

How is Daily Protein + Fiber different from Multipurpose Cooking Protein?

Daily Protein + Fiber is primarily a flavoured drink combining protein, about 7 g fiber and added vitamins and minerals. Multipurpose Cooking Protein is unflavoured, provides 32 g protein per 40 g scoop and is designed for foods such as roti dough, dal, oats, curries, soups and smoothies. One is mainly for drinking protein + fiber; the other is mainly for putting protein into food.

Which TrueDose product should I choose?

Choose Daily Protein + Fiber if you want a convenient flavoured drink with protein, fiber and micronutrients. Choose Multipurpose Cooking Protein if you prefer adding protein to the normal food you already eat.

Can I use Daily Protein + Fiber and Multipurpose Cooking Protein on the same day?

Yes, provided your overall intake suits your nutritional requirements. For example, you could have Daily Protein + Fiber at work and Multipurpose Cooking Protein with dinner. Use what genuinely fits your diet rather than adding products just for the sake of it.

Is Daily Protein + Fiber better than Multipurpose Cooking Protein?

Neither is universally better. Daily Protein + Fiber is built for a flavoured shake routine with protein, fiber and micronutrients. Multipurpose Cooking Protein is built for unflavoured cooking flexibility. The better choice is the one that solves your actual need.
